Solar Brand Ambassador
Hourly Pay: $17–$24 + Commission
About the Role
We’re hiring driven, people-focused individuals to represent our solar energy and battery storage products in major home improvement retail locations. As a Solar Brand Ambassador, you’ll introduce customers to residential solar and battery storage solutions, answer basic questions, and schedule consultations with our in-house specialists. You’ll be on the front lines of the clean energy movement—starting conversations that lead to real impact.
Position Highlights
Performance-Incentivized Pay : Base hourly rate plus commission for every qualified consultation booked. The more you engage, the more you earn.

Primary Responsibilities
Interact with retail customers, initiating conversations and introducing solar power and battery storage as smart home energy solutions
Provide clear, concise information about the environmental and financial benefits of pairing solar energy with battery storage packs
Schedule in-home consultations with our renewable energy professionals for interested homeowners
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment bookings
Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity in a busy retail environment
Ideal Candidate Profile
We’re looking for individuals who are engaging, articulate, and goal-oriented. You don’t need prior experience in solar or battery technology—just a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
Comfortable speaking with new people in a retail setting
Motivated by clear goals and measurable results
Able to learn key concepts around solar energy and battery storage
Dependable, punctual, and proactive
Must have reliable transportation to assigned store locations
