Join Ericsson as a Sr Consulting Sales Engineer to grow our Enterprise 5G business. You will play a pivotal role in driving solution sales for our Enterprise 5G portfolio, primarily within the US territory. You will partner closely with Enterprise Sales Managers, Partner Account Managers, Global System Integrators, and industry vertical experts to support strategic account opportunities and develop new markets. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role that blends deep technical expertise with consultative selling and innovative solution problem solving and value argumentation.

Your Pay The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience. Variable Compensation Plan: This role includes the opportunity for sales commissions as a part of the Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Variable Compensation Plan. Actual payouts are based on performance against sales targets and the individual incentive target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules may apply.
