*Job Summary:*
We are seeking a talented and creative Staff Motion Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling motion graphics that enhance our brand's visual storytelling across various digital platforms. This role involves collaborating with our design, marketing, and product teams to create engaging animations and effects that captivate our audience and elevate our content.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Design and produce high-quality motion graphics for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and video content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute motion design projects that align with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Animate and edit video content to enhance user engagement and experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in motion design and implement innovative techniques to keep our content fresh and appealing.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, helping them grow their skills and contribute effectively to projects.
*Skills:*
- Proficiency in motion design software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D.
- Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and composition.
- Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
*Education and Experience:*
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in motion design, preferably in a digital or creative agency setting.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion design projects that demonstrate creativity and technical proficiency.
*Annual Salary:*
- $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
