\n7A -5:30P Wed- Sat\n\nNumber of Beds – Facility features 28 bed IRF and 383 acute care hospital (avg census 240)\nNumber of Staff – 15 OT’s on staff (F/T, P/T, and PRN staff)\nType of staff:\nDay Shift – Staffed to support patient care needs\nNight Shift - NONE\nPatient Ratios – 4 patients/day (IRF) 8-12 patients/day (acute care)\nType of equipment – 2 therapy gyms, ADL apartment\nEMR - Meditech\nTypical hiring profile\n\nSkill Set Most recruited for: \n\nMust have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.\n\nWeekend flexibility\nWillingness to work on IRF unit\nCritical thinking/clinical reasoning\nPreferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.\n\nHospital/IRF experience (highly preferred)\nStroke/neuro experience\nList typical procedures performed on unit(s): \n\n Evaluation, treatment, discharge\n Team conferences, family training\nAdaptive devices, adaptive equipment\nBest personality Fit:\n\nFlexible, team player, collaborative \nUnit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.\n\n1 weekend shift/month MINUMUM. Highly prefer increased weekend flexibility\nActive OT license, active BLS certification\n \n
