Job Description & RequirementsWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse II to join the team on the Day Shift at Trenton Psychiatric Hospital in Trenton, NJ. This full-time position offers a stable schedule from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM, with a flexible 1-hour lunch break (exact timing varies).
\n\nIn this role, you will provide vital mental health and psychiatric care to patients in a secure hospital environment. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, administering medications, monitoring patient status, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
