Responsibilities: Provide health care in collaboration with physician(s) Manage selected cases according to established protocols Maintain case histories Medical reports and other records Prepare treatment plans Order x-rays and other diagnostic procedures Writes prescriptions according to protocols Refer acute and chronic care patients Patient education counseling Conduct health assessments utilizing diagnostic tools and laboratory tests. Qualifications: Currently licensed by the Oklahoma State Board of Licensure and Supervision OR the Oklahoma Board of Nursing Demonstrates graduation from an approved school for Advanced Practice Clinicians (PA or APRN) Experience in a clinic or ambulatory setting preferred National certification as Physician Assistant (if applicable) Licensed under the supervision of an Active Staff physician Physically and mentally able to conduct job duties as listed Maintains malpractice coverage as defined by the Board of Trustees Current CPR card or completion of course within 30 days of hire
