Located in Grand Forks, ND

Salary: $18.00-$20

Position Summary

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in Grand Forks. In this role, you'll handle incoming and outgoing shipments, manage inventory, and support the logistics process to keep things moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Shipping:

• Receive, label, and store materials in designated inventory locations
• Prepare, package, and ship products to vendors or customers
• Accurately complete cycle counts and inventory documentation
• Maintain proper inventory rotation (FIFO/LIFO as required)

Facility & Equipment:

• Load and unload trucks using a forklift or other material handling equipment
• Operate within the ERP system to receive and track purchase orders
• Perform light maintenance and cleaning in warehouse areas
• Complete daily inspections and safety checklists for forklifts and man-lifts

Additional Duties:

• Deliver/pick up materials from local vendors as needed
• Transport scrap materials using a flatbed trailer to offsite locations
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
• Take on other duties as assigned by leadership

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Previous forklift experience
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis

Preferred:

• Experience pulling a trailer
• Comfortable using computers and basic software
• Previous experience in inventory control or warehouse systems
