One of our clients is seeking weekend mobile crisis response intake specialists in the Chicago south side area.

CLIENT'S AVAILABLE HOURS
* Saturday & Sunday 8am-4pm
* Saturday & Sunday 4pm-12am
* Saturday & Sunday 12am-8am

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* The Mobile Crisis Response (MCR) Intake Specialist ensures that all consumer information is accurately entered into the electronic health record (EHR) system in coordination with Intake reception. Responsibilities include receiving and dispatching crisis calls, documenting crisis calls and consumer case transfer information from external agencies, updating Medicaid eligibility, and verifying insurance coverage. The Intake Specialist interacts with staff and consumers while performing multiple duties simultaneously.

* Receive and dispatch crisis calls in collaboration with the MCR team.
* Enroll and re-enroll consumers in the EHR system, completing or updating client demographic information.
* Enter consumer information received from MCR team documentation and external agency case transfers.
* Assign clinical team members to consumer cases as directed.
* Verify consumer eligibility for services as required.
* Up to $30/hour based on education and experience.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Previous experience in a related role is preferred.
* Knowledge of basic computers, EHR systems, and relevant terminology.
* Ability to multi-task and work independently.
* Excellent customer service, communication, and collaboration skills.
* Cultural sensitivity and awareness toward clients and colleagues.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Internet research, and email corresponden
