Account Manager - New Iberia, LA

Pay: $19-$20/hr | Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

In this role, you'll manage accounts, support collections, and contribute to the company's commitment to exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Manage credit policy, including reviewing applications, setting credit lines, and monitoring accounts
• Generate invoices, apply payments, and verify credit approvals
• Conduct accounts receivable aging analysis and support bad debt management
• Proactively follow up on collections via phone and email to reduce past-due balances and DSO
• Maintain accurate customer account records and documentation
• Open new accounts, review existing accounts, and resolve customer disputes collaboratively

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in accounts receivable, corporate collections, or account management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using technology and business software to manage accounts
• People-oriented with a professional and proactive approach
