JobResponsibilities

This positioninvolves contacting client leads to discuss our amazing staffing services andultimately gain new business for the staffing agency.


Will beprovided with daily leads of clients who are looking to hire new employments orcontractors and may use other tools to find clients leads, including networkingand other means to be determined.


BusinessDevelopment Assistant will acquire new business and get signed agreements forjobs the clients need to fill.

Requirements
• The position is 100% remote, allowing you towork from a home office that must include a quiet workspace, reliable, highspeed internet access, a mobile cell phone, a Windows 10 computer, and largemonitor.
• Must be highly courteous and professional, witha smile that can be heard through the phone.
• Must be dependable and will be required toachieve a high-level satisfactory rating with our clients.
• Ability to follow up is required. Must be a fastlearner and possess strong leadership skills as well as the ability to follow.
• Must be a self-starter who comes up with ideasand thinks of ways to improve processes and procedureds.
• Must be skilled at typing, Microsoft Excel, MicrosoftWord, Email, Texting, Google Sheets, Social Media, and the internet.

Qualifications
• Sales or Customer Care experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work well with people.
• Inbound Closer experience is a plus.

Other details

This is a contract 1099 position that includes a base pay of$1280 per month for part time work, with a starting bonus of up to $4200 per month.

No commute required. Candidate will be allowed to work fromhome 100% remote.

After 90 days of successful performance, will be eligiblefor additional incentives package.
