Job Description
At Mike's Auto Body, we prioritize superior quality in all our repair work. While I-CAR certification is considered a beneficial qualification, it is not prerequisite for this role. Prior experience with the Car-O-Liner frame machine would also be favorably regarded. We offer a competitive flat-rate compensation structure, which will be determined based on the selected candidate's level of experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes a Simple retirement plan with a company matching contributions of up 3 percent partial coverage for health insurance expenses. six paid holidays per year, and paid vacation time (initially one week, increasing to two weeks following five years of employment). Furthermore, we invest in our team members' professional development by offering paid I-CAR training opportunities. The standard work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
