We are seeking a proactive and outgoing Entry Level Events Assistant to join our team at Bottomless Promotion . As an Events Assistant, youll play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of promotional and brand activation events.
Assist in organizing, setting up, and managing promotional events.
Represent client brands professionally at in-person marketing and sales events.
Engage with customers, provide product information, and answer inquiries.
Support event coordinators with logistics, materials, and on-site management.
Track attendance, feedback, and event outcomes for reporting purposes.
Maintain a positive and energetic attitude while contributing to team goals.
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
Paid training and mentorship from experienced event professionals.
