About the Role:
We are looking for a Gutter Installation Technician to join our team at Brothers That Just Do Gutters - Central DFW, TX. If you are passionate about providing high-quality service and enjoy working outdoors, then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Install and repair gutters and downspouts
• Inspect and clean gutters and downspouts
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
• Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies

Requirements:

• Prior experience in gutter installation and repair
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Compensation & Training:
We provide comprehensive training to help you build the skills needed for success in this role. Once you've completed training and demonstrated proficiency, you'll be promoted to our production pay model , where you'll earn a percentage of the revenue from the jobs you completegiving you the opportunity to increase your earnings based on performance.
