Phantom Capital is seeking a Full-Time Property Superintendent/ HANDS-ON Property Manager to become a part of our team. We are a growing multi-family investment firm looking for a full time superintendent/property manager to maintain and manage our properties across the tri-state area. Must have prior experience in construction, property management, and be proficient in elements of plumbing and electrical work.
