Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Sales Cloud Developer/Admin. to join our dynamic team. This hands-on role requires a mix of development and administrative skills to manage and enhance our Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, including Apex Classes, Triggers, and Flows, as well as experience with Salesforce administration tasks. This role is hybrid, must work in the office 3 days a week in Alpharetta, GA. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Create and manage Apex Classes, Triggers, and Flows to meet business requirements.
• Perform Salesforce administrative tasks, including user management, security settings, and data management.
• Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, and page layouts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within the Salesforce platform.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and best practices to ensure optimal performance and utilization of the platform.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a focus on Sales Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce Flows.
• Experience with Salesforce administration, including user management, security, and data management.
• Ability to design and implement custom objects, fields, and page layouts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are a plus.
