Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events from conception through to completion. This role requires strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and a high level of professionalism.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute events including corporate meetings, conferences, and private gatherings
Coordinate all aspects of the event including venue selection, catering, vendors, logistics, and budgeting
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients before, during, and after events
Ensure all events are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards
Prepare detailed event proposals, schedules, and reports
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution
Conduct post-event evaluations and implement improvements for future events
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in event planning or coordination
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
